The administration and finance of a group of companies, handed to agents. The group ran on one overloaded inbox: invoices, contracts, payment runs and investor reporting across several companies and countries. We put agents on all of it. They sort the mail, prepare the reports, draft the paperwork and line up the payments, and a person approves anything that moves money or carries a signature. Set up in weeks, then tuned in production. It runs every day across our own group, which is how we know where it breaks and how to fix it.

A synthetic developer, onboarded into a product team like any new hire. The team had more backlog than engineers, and hiring was slow and expensive. Instead of another tool, we gave them a colleague. It has its own email and accounts, sits in the team chat, and takes work the way a person does: it asks questions, writes back what it understood, and starts only when whoever asked says yes. It is available around the clock, stays inside a fixed budget, and hands in tested work for review. Nothing ships without human sign off, and it can never approve its own work.

A startup's funding round, run as a system instead of a spreadsheet. The round lived in the founder's head: hundreds of investors, warm introductions and half finished conversations. We moved it into one live map of more than 700 people and 750 ways to reach them. The founder asks what to do today and gets an answer: who is waiting on a reply, which contact opens the most new doors, which conversations are going cold. Agents draft every message, and nothing goes out without the founder's approval. The same approach fits any pipeline that runs on relationships, from enterprise sales to partnerships.

A market intelligence system for a heritage consumer brand with its own factories. The company could make almost anything. What it lacked was a way to sense demand before committing to a season. We built a system that watches the market day and night: competitor ranges and prices, the trade press, and what customers write in reviews. It reads those reviews to learn why people buy and what they complain about, because a complaint about a rival's bestseller is a product brief and an advertising headline at once. An idea reaches the board only when what the press says is coming matches what is actually selling, with the evidence attached and a score they can challenge. Every decision is logged, so a year later the board can still see why it was made. The same system has since been redeployed in a completely different industry.

A company memory that keeps itself up to date, built for a distributed product team. Decisions were made in meetings, chats and tickets, then lost. We set agents to read the meetings, the team chat, the task board and the work itself, and write it all up in one searchable place, with a person checking changes before they land. Every day the team gets a short summary of what moved. New hires look things up instead of interrupting a colleague, each person sees only what they are cleared to see, and old facts are archived rather than erased, so anyone can trace how a decision was made.

A platform for building spatial computing applications without code. Born from Newkinco user research into what creators actually need, spun out as a venture built on the open source Godot engine, with a Godot co-founder as CTO. Web based, collaborative like Figma, live across Web, VR/AR and mobile.

The Goethe-Institut's global internal festival, rebuilt as an immersive digital experience. Collective digital spaces and small group encounters connecting an international organization across locations, disciplines and time zones.

An educational video game on mythologies, decolonization and ecologies. Co-created with children from underprivileged communities in Brazil, Congo and Romania for the non-profit TALES, including minigames built with Afro Games in Rio de Janeiro, the world's first e-sports training center in the favelas.

A generative art collection with real artistic value and tiered utility. Created with an artist, an art curator and NFT specialists to reward early community members and express a brand on chain, affordable by design so more people could grow with the project.

A digital program on AI and cultural relations for the EU National Institutes for Culture and the Goethe-Institut. Speaker curation, digital infrastructure, adapted branding and a permanent archive, turning a pandemic constraint into a library policymakers and culture workers still use.

An artist residency between Iran and Europe, reimagined as a digital platform. When travel stopped, we built the methodology and channels for artists to reconceive their work for digital mediums, coordinating institutions, documentation teams and supporters across borders.
